Shipping policy

Shipping Within New Zealand 

All pricing and transactions are in New Zealand Dollars NZD, inclusive of GST.

Flat rate shipping is $14.45 urban and $20.50 rural within New Zealand.  If you are rural, please select the correct option as we won’t dispatch until the correct shipping is paid.

Delivery time 2-5 business days from your tracking number being sent.

All orders are shipped through Vertical Logistics, via NZ Post. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Note:  please see nzpost.co.nz for any delays relating to delivery if you haven’t received your order within four days for urban, six days for rural.

International Shipping

If you live outside New Zealand and wish to purchase an item, please email us at sales@fortheloveofcrystals.co.nz for a shipping quote.

Packaging 

We use compostable / recycled packaging where possible including boxes. Items are wrapped in recycled bubble wrap and anything with a point will have blu tack on it.  Items are packed as carefully as possible.  While all care is taken to ensure your products are delivered unharmed, unfortunately we have no control over how they are handled during freight.

Damaged or Lost Items 

If your item(s) have arrived damaged, please contact us.  Please take photos / videos and keep all original packaging.  Where possible, we will offer a replacement however if this isn’t possible, we will offer a store credit or refund.  

If your order hasn’t arrived or is missing, please get in touch within 7 days of the order being collected by the courier.  We will follow this up at our end.  If the parcel has been lost, to lodge a claim, we require proof of purchase which will also be handed to the courier company.  Once a claim has been accepted by the courier company, we can supply you with a store credit or a refund.

Returns 

Please make sure upon placing your order that you are happy with your selection before completing the purchase.  We don’t offer a refund if you have changed your mind.  Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
